A Rich, Round and Lush Rosé Champagne
This lovely rosé Champagne is another tour de force for Champagne Billion with the addition of 30% Pinot Noir to Grand Cru Chardonnay. While dosage is still close to the Blanc de Blancs, the rounder fruit of the Pinot Noir gives this a rich and round fruitiness and additional body which shows well either as an aperitif or served with dinner. Red and white meat game are especially well paired with this style of Champagne. In fact, a complete dinner could be arranged around only Billion Champagne, with the Blanc de Blancs as an aperitif, Vintage for the appetizer (fish in pastry for example) and the Rosé for the main course.
