Luigi Bosca Finca La Linda Chardonnay

Brilliant Golden-Yellow, Herbal Aromas with Peach and Apricot

This Chardonnay is fresh and ample on the palate. It is characterised by its fresh sensation. Careful selection of destemmed grapes, previously cooled before spending 1 hour in a pneumatic press. Must is passed on to decanting lanks for 24-48 hours and then to fermentation tanks at 15º C controlled temperature, using natural yeasts to the end. Stabilization preceeds a light filtering and then bottling.
